ASPIRE: ASPIRE believes that diversity is about capitalizing on the strengths of everyone, empowering people, and promoting the human spirit through the power of the combined. ASPIRE will foster inclusiveness and connectedness among our Asian and Pacific Islander (API) employees by cultivating a sense of community while driving business results through: advancing diversity and promoting dialogue on the experiences of the API Community, empowering personal and professional development, and facilitating meaningful community engagement.

PRIDE: The PRIDE Network aims to increase the visibility of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer or questioning employees while creating connections with allies and inspiring employees to bring their whole selves to work every day.
PULSE: The ERG for Black employees and allies. The group's name, PULSE, captures the aspirations of the executive sponsors, leaders and members: Promoting Unity through Legacy, Support, and the Empowerment of Black employees.
WEN: The Women's Empowerment Network (WEN) was established to support and empower the women of our organization to achieve professional success and personal well-being. WEN works to enhance our workplace, contribute to the success of our company, and give back to our community while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
VERG: The veteran ERG, VERG, supports employees who have served or currently serve in the military, their families and veterans without a connection to Labcorp. The group builds awareness in the workplace and raises funds for numerous causes and organizations in the community. Members do not need to have served in any military branch.
